An important aspect of Ember Vitaly’s mission is to provide people with the awareness and practical skills to deal with chronic stress, unwholesome dieting, and negative thought patterns. While most of our work is done by coaching individuals one on one, group workshops are a great way to start the conversation on wellbeing amongst an intimate gathering of colleagues, friends, family, or social groups.


Workshop topics include:
Emotions: dealing with them, avoiding them, processing them in a healthy way, and how to avoid developing destructive coping mechanisms.
Mindfulness and self-awareness: cultivating more of both and their benefits.
Effective goal setting: achieving more joy and balance in your life.

My name is Mihaela Petrova.
"It is my mission to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can rekindle the fire in you and create the life you want for yourself."
I am a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, certified as a Nutritionist and the founder of Ember Vitality health coaching.
Ember Vitality was born out of my love and desire to inspire people to connect with the ember in them and live a more joyful and fulfilling life.
Like everyone, ​I’ve gone through rough times myself. I recovered from a burnout and from an eating disorder. I know firsthand that change is possible and living a fulfilling and joyful life is attainable.
Combining my experiences with my training, I am committed to help people reconnect with their inner wisdom, free themselves from any unwanted behaviors, cultivate more wholesome habits, and experience the beauty of being alive.
Life doesn’t have to be hard, and we are not on this planet to just survive the day. Together, we can revitalize the embers within you!
